Unlock the Past’s 3rd History & Genealogy Cruise – The Geneabloggers
It seems to be a bit of a tradition (at least down here in Australia), that when we have major genealogy events, we like to get a photo of all the geneabloggers attending. I can imagine that if they did this in the US, just about everyone attending would be invovled as there’s just so many more social media nuts over there – but our little geneablogger group is growing, and at the recent 3rd History & Genealogy Cruise we even roped in some overseas visitors who are geneabloggers too.
Firstly to caption the photo above:
Back row L-R is: Sharon Fritz, Paul Milner, Louis Kessler, Shauna Hicks
Front row L-R has: Lee-Anne Hamilton, Linda Elliott, Jill Ball, Alona Tester, Helen Smith
So if you are wanting to REALLY know what the cruise was like, check out the geneablogger blogs, as they will tell you exactly what they thought of it – be it good, bad, or meh!
Below I’ve compiled a listing of each geneacruiser geneablogger, together with their main blogs (some have even more than I have listed – yes, they have a lot to say!!).
Linda Elliott (New Zealand)
Mad About Genealogy
Sharon Fritz (Australia)
Lee-Anne Hamilton (Australia)

Louis Kessler (Canada)
Paul Milner (United States)

So there you go, have fun reading them. And remember if you enjoy their posts, take a moment to leave them a comment saying so. They like to know you are appreciating them.
And maybe we’ll see you on the 4th History & Genealogy Cruise in February 2014?
